NWSIC’s main goal: to identify the priority issues for promoting and protecting feminine values and for consolidating the family, to inform both women and society on problems of common interest.
The Center is a public structure that promotes challenges related to women’s role and status in the society; child-girl and teenagers’ state; empowerment of women; elimination of all forms of discrimination against women; gender mainstreaming implementation within different spheres; juridical and economical training of women; healthy life-style promotion etc. Concomitantly, it was a center for documentation, information and training of women’s NGOs and initiative groups.
Via its activities, NWSIC explores the experience of similar organizations from abroad, requires support and cooperation of interested local, national and international organizations.
